Shad is on a mission to create meaningful impact among the youth of Kerala. Over the past five years, he has worked across multiple domains closely linked to business growth, strategy, and brand building. During this journey, he has collaborated with several leading individuals and founders from Kerala, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling ideas.

He is the founder of Blowlin, a founder branding agency established in 2024. Shad is also part of the Founder’s Office at Xylem Learning and previously served as the Chief Growth Officer at Dotin Digital Academy.

He has been actively involved in content creation for a long time, using it as a tool to educate, inspire, and drive positive change among young people.
